We love new clients and we want you to love The Bar Method Tysons Corner too. We have a 30 Day Trial Membership for New Clients for ONLY $99. This includes unlimited classes for 30 days.
This introductory offer is a fabulous opportunity to become familiar with the workout, start to feel the benefits and see the results…at an amazing price! Take class 3-5 times per week and watch your body change. New clients typically begin to see results after 30 days of consistent classes.
The $99 New Client Trial Membership is available for purchase online and at The Bar Method Tysons Corner studio. Take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy a lot of classes at a great price. These packages are for exclusive use at The Bar Method Tysons Corner location and are limited to one purchase per client.
Please note, if you are pregnant we have some restrictions. All pregnant clients will be required to provide a doctors note prior to participating in class. If you are brand new to The Bar Method and 12 weeks or beyond in your pregnancy, we will not allow you to start taking classes. We would be happy to have you join us post-delivery with our New Mom Special.
How do I start & What to Wear?

Select and purchase the New Client Special for 30 Days of Unlimited classes for $99. Your package will activate the day of your first class, not the day of purchase.
Reserve a class up to two weeks in advance. Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class! New Clients will not be allowed into class once it has commenced. Bring socks, workout pants (that cover your knees), any workout top that covers your midriff, and a water bottle. We do not sell bottled water at the studio. Make sure you have had something light to eat 1-2 hours before class. Please note, NO cell phones or gum are allowed in the studio.
If you are a new client and pregnant please be sure to read through our policies page on pregnancy to see if you are eligible to take class.
All clients are required to wear socks in the studio. Open toed socks are not allowed. Also, clients must wear some kind of legging or pant that goes below the knees. Shorts are not allowed in the studio.

New Client Policy
First time students are required to arrive 15 minutes early to class to complete our New Client Questionnaire. Admittance is NOT permitted once class has started. You will receive a brief tour of the facility from one of our staff and meet your teacher.
* For safety compliance, new clients who arrive after class has started will not be permitted to participate and will have to wait for the next open class. We cannot allow first-time clients to enter class after it has started. Also if you are pregnant, please call the studio to see if you are eligible to participate in class.
Injuries and Modifications
The Bar Method provides a safe environment for students with varying limitations, abilities and strengths to work toward common fitness goals in a noncompetitive atmosphere. The Bar Method instructors can tailor the workout to students with special needs and ensure that each student gains the maximum benefit from their class. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or health issues you may have prior to the start of class so that they can provide the appropriate modifications.
